Q) I want to use a custom picture for my chatroom, how can I change it? A) You can upload the image you’d like to use in your picture gallery then send the link to the image and also a link to your chatroom to any online moderator located here: (note: You must be the room owner to request a custom chat image.)
Q) I keep getting disconnected from the chat every few minutes. A) Older versions of Internet Explorer has this issue. Switching browsers to Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome will resolve this problem in most cases.
Q) When I am in chat, it freezes. – or – I can see myself type, but nobody else is typing. A) The connection sometimes will take a few seconds to establish itself. Also, try to refresh the screen and clear your private data / cache folder.
Q) I can see everyone else type but my typing doesn’t show in a certain room. A) Your chat may have been disabled for inappropriate behavior, conduct, or language.
A) The room owner for the chatroom that the user was kicked from has to contact an online moderator located here otherwise we cannot remove the suspension even if it’s by a room mod
Q) I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to do something before I did it and got suspended like posting emails, phone numbers, or links to other social sites, what can I do? A) The rules are posted here:
Q) I was suspended but I don’t know why, who can I contact for more information? A) You can contact our head moderator, ver0nica for suspension or account related issues.
Q) I accidentally suspended a user from my chatroom, can I remove it? We always require the room owner to make the suspension removal request to ensure that they have given their permission for it. If the room owner is unavailable, no worries as the user will be able to come back in 4 hours.
Q) I need urgent assistance – or – I need help and cannot access the help forum
Q) I created a room and I don’t want certain users to come in, what can I do? A) You can block any user you don’t want in your rooms and they won’t be able to access them. You can also setup the room as “By Invitation Only” to invite a selected few, or “Friends Only” which allows only your friends to join your chatroom.

Q) How long does a help request normally take to be addressed? A) Most issues are addressed and resolved within 24-48 hours. Sorry in advance for any delays as the staff & mod team are usually extremely busy and at times may not be able to reply right away.
